Description
Lane had quite the nice baby shower. More people came to the party than she expected! Her friends, family, and Zane’s side as well all came to this party! Even her neighbors came to the party and gave her some nice gifts for the babies! It was a very enjoyable time.
But now that the shower was over, the worst part of the event was now going underway, the cleanup. Some people stayed behind to help the couple out, but they quickly left since it was getting very late and didn’t want to be too drowsy on their way back home. They managed to clean up every single area of the lower floor except for the living room, which still had the banner up and some presents lying around.
Only the couple remained in the house now. The front door shut and locked. Zane was busy cleaning up the dishes while Lane went around picking up the presents. She took them all to the baby’s room, setting all the gifts on the floor in the play area for now so she can sort them out later. Once she was done with that, she prepared herself to take down the banner.But the moment she entered the living room, a familiar voice spoke out to her.
“Nyeheheh~, did you enjoy the party?”
Lane was caught off guard by that voice and quickly turned around to see just who was talking to her. Of course, no one else she knew had such a definable laugh other than Feli, a lot further in her pregnancy since they last met! And sure enough, there she was, leaning against the wall, paws behind her back, letting out a joyous snicker from the satisfaction of catching Lane by surprise.
“O-oh!Feli! When did you get here?” Lane started out by saying before coming to the more important question at hand, “Actually, how did you get in here?” She had a feeling that this was the point that Feli was referring to when she left their house a few months ago.Though she thought she’d arrive during the party, and not after it was over.
Feli moved one of her paws onto her own belly and tapped a claw on the top of it as she said, “It’s as simple as I snuck in during the party and waited until now to reveal myself! I’m not much of a partygoer, so I’d rather have the chance to see you again one on one.”
Lane found it hard to believe that she could sneak into the party with such a noticeable humongous belly, but given the fact that no one did notice her, she was apparently successful! “Ah, well I see then. A shame though because I would’ve loved to introduced you to my friends!” she started saying before another afterthought occurred once more, “On second thought though, you probably would’ve embarrassed me with your silly antics. So maybe this was for the best.”
The silver Zangoose definitely couldn’t deny that some antics would’ve occurred if she was active during the party! “Well I did notice some of your other friends who were quite pregnant themselves and also quite bigger than you!A Lucario and a Ninetales if I recall correctly? They definitely seemed pretty friendly, but honestly I don’t think I could have nearly as much fun with them as I can with you~,” she said somewhat deviously.
“Yeah, compared to me, Nile and Nix seem to be a lot more content with carrying larger bellies. Though honestly, you’re still more than impressive carrying a size that matches Nile’s while still being a feral!” Lane commented as she rubbed Feli’s belly, feeling a lot of activity in there despite not being able to see it visually. It was tightly packed in that belly of hers!
“Nyeheheh~, speaking of being a feral...I have a gift for you as well!” Feli said as she moved the other paw behind her back in front to reveal the rings that previously cursed Lane and Zane into feral bodies.This time though, they seemed to be fashioned into a necklace with a chain going through the loop of the ring. “Not so much a gift for the babies as much as it’s a gift for you and lover boy doing the dishes over there.”
Lane was quite shocked to see the rings again. “W-what? I thought you said you were going to keep these! Why are you giving them back to us?”
“For a few reasons,” Feli started off by explaining, “One, I actually removed the curse on the rings and enchanted them so you can have the ability to turn into a feral whenever you want as long as you wear it! I remembered how cute you looked as a feral and honestly didn’t want to deprive you of that!”
Lane didn’t really want to ever think about being a feral ever again, but honestly, since now she has the power to choose, she could probably find some use out of it, especially if she wanted to play with the kids after they were born.
Feli then continued, “Two, I learned just how much Zane put into buying these rings after obtaining them. He really paid a lot more than I thought he did when he upped my offer. And seeing as you two don’t have replacements for the rings even now, I figured that you should keep the rings so that his selfless investment wouldn’t go to waste. Hell, maybe you can resell these and jack up the price for new rings. Kinky folks like myself would pay top dollar for these~.”
Zane never mentioned to her how much he paid for the rings.And even after they broke them off of their claws and Feli took them away, he never complained about the money he lost. Was he honestly hiding the amount he invested into the rings just so they could be happy together?
“And lastly...well...this is a good one. It turns out that I had another artifact on me that have a similar feral transformation effect anyways! So I don’t even need these!” Feli said with a laugh before holding them out for Lane to receive, “So I’m giving them back to you as a personal gift. Do whatever you want with them. I don’t care in the slightest.”
Lane blinked before holding her paw out to take the newly made ring necklaces from Feli’s claw. She took a closer look at them before smiling and wearing one of them around her neck. “Thanks, Feli. I love it,” she said, holding the ring close to her chest.
Feli gave her a catty grin as she moved over to give her a hug, nuzzling her cheek against the other’s tummy. And her own belly big enough to press against the other’s legs! “No problem, Lane! Turning into a feral is as simple as desiring it. And the transformation is nice and quick!” she explained.
Lane hugged Feli back for a moment before backing off and quick changing into a feral in the blink of an eye, which Feli blushed at the sight of. Lane then moved around Feli in this body, finding that she was able to have perfect motor control since she had practice with it in the past! The dress though was dragging across the floor, but she gave Feli’s belly a peck on the navel before she turned quickly back into an anthro.
Feli clapped softly at that display and wanted to rub at her navel after that peck, but couldn’t due to her belly being too big! She then looked over to Zane, who still didn’t notice any of this going on and continued washing his tower of dishes. She took that as a great opportunity to leave. “Well, I’m glad you got some enjoyment out of my gift! But I have to be off now since I got to find food to feed this family of mine,” she said, snickering and patting her belly.
“Aw, well we can get you something to eat if you could stay just a bit longer! I’m sure Zane would like to see you again too!” Lane said, clearly not wanting Feli to leave now as she’d be unsure if she’d ever come to visit them again.
“No no, trust me on this one. I need quite a lot of food to these all these little guys. And I wouldn’t want to deplete your entire food supply just for the sake of hospitality!” Feli replied.
Memories of how much Feli ate that day when they were cursed came back into Lane’s mind, and yeah, they definitely didn’t have that much to provide for Feli this time around. “I...I see. Well...I suppose it was nice seeing you again, Feli. Will we ever meet again?” Lane asked somewhat hopefully.
Feli frowned a bit as she didn’t consider that herself. After she gave Lane the rings back, there wouldn’t be any more reason for her to stay in this town. Usually if nothing else interested her in the town after this point, she’d have no reason to ever return. But honestly, she made such good friends with one person in this town that it may be a good enough reason to come back at least once in a while.
The frown seemed to discourage Lane as well, who quickly rushed to give Feli a more personal hug. Feli, unprepared, blushed once more at this display and hugged her back. Once Lane gives birth, the fun she had with her pregnant belly would then be absent, but her personality itself was a pretty convincing factor on its own!
So Feli turned that frown upside down and nuzzled her affectionately as she said, “Yeah, I suppose we could. I don’t know when, but I’d be happy to come back to see you at some point.”
Lane perked up once more as she hugged Feli a little tighter and returned the nuzzling! “Alright then, I’ll be happy to see you again whenever you have the time~,” she said before promptly disengaging.
Feli sighed and looked over to the door, walking towards it and opening it up. She gave another wink to Lane like she did last time before she left. “Nyeheheh~, I’ll miss that belly of yours, but don’t worry, I’m sure we can have other types of fun the next time we meet~,” she said before waving goodbye and closing the door behind her softly.
Lane sighed as well, taking another look at her ring and then over to her belly. She rubbed her paw around its circumference and did realize that a lot of what Feli liked about her was her belly. And even though she knows for sure that Feli likes her more than just that, she almost wishes she could keep this baby bump around for every time that Feli comes around. But on the other hand, Feli would probably lose her belly as well the next time they meet.
All of a sudden, Zane peeked his head into the living room and said, “Honey, who were you talking to just now?”
Lane turned to Zane, holding his ring behind her back, hoping he wouldn’t notice that she was wearing the ring around her neck, “Uh, nobody! Just go back to doing your thing and I’ll finish up here!”
Thankfully Zane didn’t notice as he just shrugged and went back to the dishes. She’ll tell him about Feli’s visit later, but for now, she thinks she could give Zane a good surprise by just switching into a feral suddenly during bedtime!
